Me Brain Not Functioning Well?

I came across this article about the top 10 brain damaging habits.

Here there are:

No breakfast

Overeating

Smoking

High Sugar Consumption

Air Pollution

Sleep Deprivation

Head Covered While Sleeping

Working The Brain During Illness

Lacking In Stimulating Thoughts

Talking Rarely


Pea brain...?

I have like 7 out of that 10 habits. All except smoking, covering me head and working during illness.

Now I am not sure how true this article can be never trust internet 100% but at least it gives me some sort of warning that it is important to take care of the tofu inside my skull.

The primary habit that concerns me is sleeping late late late... As late as 4-5am. So this result in me getting up late and hence, no breakfast but straight to lunch or brunch. Oh man...

Breakfast is the most important meal, I know that... People who do not take breakfast are going to have lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

Starting tomorrow, get up early makan breakfast and do some productive activities.



Hmm.... Food.
